My payment is in pending status, why?

Both incoming and outgoing pending payments may take longer than usual to process. 

Occasionally we perform checks on payments for the security and safety of your money and our services. These checks are in line with industry standards.

If your transaction shows nothing out of the ordinary, your payment will go straight through. If we suspect your payment is out of the ordinary, we will contact you as soon as possible.

It’s worth remembering that weekends and public holidays (including bank holidays) can lengthen processing times.
