What documents do I need to sign up?

To open a MarcoPolo account, you need to supply a photo of one of the following:

• Passport
• National ID card
• Residence permit
• UK-issued driving license

You may need to provide evidence of your right to remain in the UK. We accept the following documents:

• Certificate of entitlement to the Right of Abode
• E-document issued by UK Visas and Immigration

Your sign-up may take longer if extra checks are needed. Our verification team may get in touch with you if needed.
