What do I need to open a MarcoPolo account?

To open a MarcoPolo account, you need the following documents:

• Your email address
• Your phone number (which can receive international SMS messages)
• One of the following ID documents:
  • Passport
  • National ID card (EEA- or Switzerland-issued)
  • Biometric Residence Permit (UK-issued only)
  • Driving License (UK-issued only)

As part of the sign-up process, we’ll also need to ask you a few questions about your intent to use your MarcoPolo account. We’ll also ask for a selfie and photograph of your ID document. There may be other documents requested throughout the application depending on the details you provide. We’ll make it clear what is required and how to submit these.
