There are a few things to check before trying to update your personal information in the app.
- Make sure the MarcoPolo app is updated to the latest version. We regularly update MarcoPolo to squash any nasty bugs and make improvements
- Make sure your internet connection is stable while updating your information
- For changing your phone number or email address, make sure you follow the instructions in the app. Make sure you enter your one-time password correctly or that you click links within the confirmation emails we send
