Can I update my name?

Sure thing.

To change your name, contact our MarcoPoloCare team through the MarcoPolo app's chat. You'll need to provide any of the following: 

• a marriage certificate
• a deed poll certificate
• a divorce decree absolute – if it isn't in English, it must be professionally translated
• an adoption certificate
• amended birth certificate
• a death certificate and marriage certificate (In case of a partner death)
• a witnessed deed poll or statutory declaration

Along with any of the above, you will also need to provide a matching ID document (passport or driving license).
