Can I cancel a processed payment, I don’t want to make it anymore?

We can't cancel payments that are already being processed.

If you’ve submitted incorrect details with your payment, allow up to 7 days to see if the money will bounce back to your account. This happens when the account details don't exist with any bank or financial institution.

If your money isn't returned after 7 days, we can help you recover the money with a bank recall process.
