Why couldn’t I add money to my MarcoPolo account?

Here are some common reasons why you couldn’t add money:

• You weren’t connected to the internet
• You used incorrect card details (check the expiry date, CVV and name)
• There isn’t enough money in the account 
• You’ve gone over your limit for adding money for that week or month
• Your card issuer isn’t part of the 3D Secure Program
• You need to approve the transfer with your bank
