Before you close your account, consider contacting our MarcoPoloCare team to see if there’s any way we can help you. Otherwise, if you still wish to close your account, send us a chat in the MarcoPolo app to confirm your decision.
If you don’t have access to in-app chat and still want to close your account, please use our contact form and select the "Account Closure" option to submit a request.
Before closing your account, please make sure your account balance is zero. We can't close an account with money still in it (or a negative balance).
